Ungroup MNHA Pairs

You can ungroup multinode high availability (MNHA) pairs onboarded to Juniper Security Director Cloud or manually grouped MNHA devices. You can also ungroup a pair in the Juniper Security Director Cloud GUI if you already ungrouped the devices using CLI. When you ungroup a pair, the devices are displayed as standalone devices. The device configurations are not updated when you ungroup the devices.
Before you begin, ensure the following:
  • The MNHA pair devices don't have pending jobs.

  • The Discovery Not Initiated, Grouping in Progress or Ungrouping in Progress status is not displayed for the devices in the Management Status column.

To ungroup an MNHA pair:
  1. Click Inventory > Devices.
  2. Select the required MNHA pair, click More, and then click Ungroup an MNHA pair. You can ungroup only one MNHA pair at a time.
You are prompted to confirm that you want to ungroup the pair.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.
A message indicating that the ungrouping is in progress is displayed. After ungrouping, the devices are displayed as standalone devices.
