Juniper Security Director Cloud Bug Fixes: November 12, 2025

Forwarding options in device configuration—Deployed configuration changes were not reflecting under SRX > Device Management > Devices > Device Configurations > Forwarding Options. This issue has now been resolved.

Application or User Insights data in reports—After the upgrade, reports using Application or User Insights were missing the charts or data. This issue has now been resolved.

Insights—We've made the following enhancements in Monitor > Maps & Charts > Insights page:

  • On the View Details page, the None risk level appeared twice due to improper grouping of risk values. We have resolved the issue by consolidating the risk values -1, 0, and 1 into a single None risk level in the UI. This adjustment ensures that the None risk level is displayed correctly and only once on the View Details page.

  • The users experienced discrepancies in user counts when navigating across various Insights pages. The issue is resolved. The fix ensures that user counts are consistent and accurate across all views and transitions, regardless of the originating Insights page or any special settings applied.

  • The View Setting panel remained open even when users clicked elsewhere, disrupting navigation. The issue is resolved. Now, when users click any other element, the View Setting panel will automatically close, ensuring a seamless navigation experience.

  • On the Insights Filter, the Zone names remained in the drop-down even after removing a device from filter settings, and the Reset button was disabled. Zone names now update correctly, and the Reset button is active, allowing users to manage filters smoothly and intuitively.

  • Switching between Insight views with the Today time filter did not update the end time to the current time. The end time now refreshes correctly when navigating between views, ensuring accurate and up-to-date insights.

  • If no saved filters available, then the saved filter menu won’t appear on the screen.

Logs—While monitoring Security Events logs or Session logs, the Time Range graph failed to update correctly for custom date selections. The graph now updates correctly for custom time ranges, ensuring accurate and consistent time labels.
