Description
Configure the IEEE 802.1Q TPID value to rewrite for the inner tag.
All TPIDs you include in input and output VLAN maps must be
among those you specify at the [edit interfaces interface-name gigether-options ethernet-switch-profile tag-protocol-id [ tpids ]]
hierarchy level.
On MX Series routers, you can use this statement for Gigabit Ethernet IQ, IQ2 and IQ2-E interfaces, and for aggregated Ethernet interfaces using Gigabit Ethernet IQ2 and IQ2-E or 10-Gigabit Ethernet PICs.
Default
If the inner-tag-protocol-id
statement is
not configured, the TPID value is 0x8100.
