bandwidth (Inline Services)
Syntax
bandwidth bandwidth-value;
Hierarchy Level
[edit chassis fpc slot-number pic number inline-services]
Description
Configure the amount of bandwidth in gigabits per
second reserved on each Packet Forwarding Engine for tunnel traffic
using inline services. Configuring the bandwidth creates a virtual
tunnel interface that is represented as si-<fpc/pic/port>.
Starting in Junos OS Release 16.2, you are not longer required
to explicitly specify a bandwidth for L2TP LNS tunnel traffic using
inline services. When you do not specify a bandwidth, the maximum
bandwidth supported on the PIC is automatically available for the
inline services; inline services can use up to this maximum value.
In earlier releases, you must specify a bandwidth when you enable
inline services with the inline-services statement.
Options
| bandwidth-value | Amount of bandwidth in Gbps to reserve for tunnel traffic using inline services. You can configure bandwidth values can be as follows:
Note:
Values of 100 Gbps and up are available only on MPC7E, MPC8E, and MPC9E line cards.
