Marvis AI Assistant for Routing Overview
A key component of Juniper Routing Assurance is the Marvis® AI Assistant for Routing, which is central to Juniper’s unique AI-native network support model.
Marvis for Routing leverages the Marvis AI engine to ingest the network event information that is collected from the routers, analyzes them and provides network administrators actionable insights. Marvis also performs root cause analysis for the events and displays them in Marvis Actions under different event categories. The Marvis Actions dashboard is a one-stop information center that provides visibility into ongoing site-wide network events that affect user experience in an organization. Marvis Actions in Juniper Routing Assurance identifies issues such as high CPU consumption, port flaps, packet drops and much more. Furthermore, Marvis Actions recommends actions to resolve these issues. Administrators can examine such issues at the click of a button and resolve them quickly with increased accuracy. All these can happen in real-time before network traffic is affected.

You can ask queries in natural language and Marvis AI Assistant will look up relevant documentation repositories and generate the answer. Marvis AI Assistant is context-aware and allows you to ask follow-up queries to refine the search results. Additionally, you can also access conversation history to revisit past queries and results.
