About the Active Assurance Tab
To access this tab, click Observability > Health > Health Dashboard > Active Assurance.
This tab provides a unified view of the overall health of various measurements in your network in real-time. You can monitor the health of various measurements, and use this data to perform corrective actions when necessary.
The Active Assurance tab consists of the following accordions:

Applications—Use this accordion to view the overall health of measurements related to HTTP, DNS, and RPM HTTP plug-ins in your network. For more information, see About the Applications Page.

L3 Network—Use this accordion to view the overall health of measurements related to TCP, UDP, TWAMP, TWAMP Reflector, Ping, RPM TCP, RPM UDP, RPM TWAMP, and RPM Ping plug-ins in your network. For more information, see About the L3 Network Page.

L2 Network—Use this accordion to view the overall health of measurements related to Y.1731 SLM and Y.1731 DM plug-ins in your network. For more information, see About the L2 Network Page.

TV & Multicast—Use this accordion to view the overall health of measurements related to IPTV, OTT, and Netflix Speedtest plug-ins in your network. For more information, see About the TV & Multicast Page.
Each accordion has three sections. The first section provides a description of the accordion. The second section displays the latest aggregate health snapshot. The last section displays a health trend graph representing the average health for the past 30 minutes.
Task You Can Perform
You can perform the following tasks from this page:

View information related to the measurement health of the Applications, L3 Network, L2 Network, and TV & Multicast accordions.
On the accordions, you can:

View a health snapshot of the average health (in percentage) of measurements, and the total number of unhealthy measurements. The data displayed for healthy measurements is calculated based on the number of alerts that the measurement has generated.

View a list of plug-ins and their average health (in percentage) of measurements, and the total number of unhealthy measurements. You can also click any plug-in (listed under Feature) to view more information about the performance of that plug-in.

View a graph of the average health trend of the measurements for the past 30 minutes. Hover over any point in the graph to view the average health score for that category at that time.

Expand or collapse accordions.

Click Expand All to expand the accordions on the tab. You can view detailed information related to KPIs that affect overall health based on alerts, and a performance graph.

Click Collapse All to collapse all accordions on the tab. You can only view overall health that is based on alerts, and a performance graph.

View the total number of devices in the network in the top-right corner of the tab.

View the timestamp of the last update or refresh (in DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm:ss AM/PM format) in the top-right corner of the tab. For Example: 27/11/2024 10:32:23 PM.

Update the details on the tab by clicking the refresh icon.
