About the Compliance Tab

To access this tab, click Organization > Licensing > Compliance.

You can use the Compliance tab to view a compliance report of all installed feature licenses. You can use this report to determine whether the features used on a device have an active and valid license.

You can view compliance reports of your devices connected to Juniper Cloud and Lightweight Collector (LWC) tool.

For Juniper Cloud-connected devices, you can generate the compliance report in two ways.

  • On-demand refresh—The report is refreshed within 12 minutes of activating and revoking licenses. However, in case of a delay in the on-demand refresh, the report is refreshed only at the time of the scheduled refresh.

  • Scheduled refresh—The report is generated or refreshed hourly.

For devices connected to LWC, the compliance report is generated everyday at 7:05 PM PST.

The Compliance tab displays the total number of devices that are compliant and non-compliant. This information is also available in percentage. Click on the number or percentage to filter devices based on their compliance reports.

The reason for non-compliance, if any, is also provided in the report. The report also recommends ways to resolve a non-compliance issue.
