Configure URL Access on Firewalls

If your QRadar Console is behind a restricted firewall, you must allow traffic to specific URLs to use the full features of the Assistant app.

At a minimum, you must allow traffic to https://api.xforce.ibmcloud.com/ to connect to the App exchange. To receive content updates for the Assistant app, allow traffic to the following URLs:

• https://api.xforce.ibmcloud.com/

• https://support.juniper.net/support/

• https://www.googleapis.com/youtube-nocookie.com/v3/

• https://www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/

• https://www.securitylearningacademy.com/

• https://ibmmaas360.secure.force.com / specifically https://ibmmaas360.secure.force.com/ForumsRSSFeed)
