Look Up SRX Firewalls and ATP Cloud License Information

Use Device Lookup to find SRX Series Firewalls by serial number and verify their ATP Cloud licence information.

You can use Device Lookup to:

  • Verify whether a device has a valid ATP Cloud license, regardless of its ATP Cloud enrollment status.

  • View the ATP Cloud licence tier and licence status for the device.

Before You Begin:

  • Ensure that you have the serial number of each device you want to look up. Device Lookup supports searches by serial number only.

  • Enter only valid serial numbers. If any serial number is invalid, the search returns no results.

To search for devices enrolled in ATP Cloud:

  1. Log in to the ATP Cloud UI using the URL for your region:
  2. Select Devices and click Device Lookup.

    The Device Lookup window appears. See Figure 1.

  3. Enter one or more device serial numbers. For multiple devices, enter one serial number per line. See Figure 2.

  4. Click Next.

    The search results display devices that match the serial numbers you entered. The results table lists the Serial Number, Model Number, ATP Cloud License Tier (Free, Premium, or Threat Feeds), and License Status (Active or Expired) for each device.
