SRX2300 Firewall Installation Overview

To install and configure your device:

  1. Follow instructions in Unpack the SRX2300.

  2. Install the firewall as described in Install the SRX2300 in a Rack.

  3. Connect cables to external devices as described in Connect the SRX2300 to External Devices.

  4. Connect the grounding cable and power supplies as described in Connect the SRX2300 to Power. Power on the device.

  5. Perform initial configuration by following the instructions in Configure Junos OS on the SRX2300.
