JATP700 Appliance Back Panel Description

Figure 1 shows the back panel components of the JATP700 appliance.

Callout	Components	Description
1	Power supply	Provides power to all components.
2	Dedicated IPMI LAN port	1 RJ-45 dedicated Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) LAN port.
3	1-Gigabit Ethernet ports	4 RJ-45 1-Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports. Top right: eth2 or alternate exhaust interface When you configure 1-GB ports through CLI, bottom left port (GLAN1) is eth0 and bottom right port (GLAN2) is eth1.
4	10-Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ ports	2 10-Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ ports. The top port is eth1 by default.
5	VGA port	1 VGA port. Note: This port is not supported.
6	USB ports	4 USB ports. Top left: port 1; top right: port 3 Bottom left: port 0; bottom right: port 2
7	COM port	1 DB-9 COM port.

Callout	LEDs	Description
1	Link/Activity	Off—Indicates no link. Amber (blinking)—Indicates that there is activity on this port. Amber (steady)—Indicates that the link is detected.
2	Speed	Off—Indicates no connection or the speed of the connection is 10 Mbps. Green—Indicates that the speed of the connection is 100 Mbps. Orange—Indicates that the speed of the connection is 1 Gbps.

Table 3 lists the JATP700 IPMI port LEDs.

LEDs	Description
Link (left)	Green—Indicates that the speed of the connection is 100 Mbps.
Activity (right)	Amber (blinking)—Indicates link activity.

Table 4 lists the JATP700 SFP+ port LEDs.

LEDs	Description
Link (top)	Green—Indicates that the speed of the connection is 10 Gb. Yellow—Indicates that the speed of the connection is 1 Gb.
Activity (bottom)	Green (blinking)—Indicates link activity.
