Syntax
interconnect-multihoming-peer-gateways [interconnect-multihoming-peer-gateway-IP-address ... ];
Description
Specify the Ethernet VPN (EVPN) provider edge (PE) multihoming interconnect gateway (iGW) peer devices.
With this setting, iGW devices can handle control plane routing more simply and avoid loops during EVPN configuration changes, which helps optimize forwarding between the peer iGW devices.
We require this statement on all peer multihoming iGW devices that use the
interconnect statement to configure data center interconnect (DCI)
and seamless stitching with EVPN Type 2 or Type 5 routes.
