Features + Benefits

Marvis Actions

Marvis Actions uses Mist AI to identify the root cause of issues across WLAN, LAN, WAN, and security domains. It recommends actions with a high efficacy for third-party connected systems outside of the Juniper domain. Use it to manage firmware upgrades, add missing VLANs, identify bad cables, find negotiation mismatches, ID congested WAN circuits, and more.

Marvis Conversational Assistant uses advanced NLP to understand user intent and goals. It contextualizes natural language inquiries to return specific results, whether they’re related to troubleshooting or searching for a device or documentation. Ask Marvis any question without having to remember specific dashboards or CLI commands.

Marvis Query Language

With MQL, you can follow a structured format of asking Marvis a question to get raw or tabular data to monitor or troubleshoot your users’ experiences and the overall health of your network.

Understand Scope with Correlated Data

Marvis correlates information across a large knowledge base, including WLAN, LAN, WAN, and security domains, to determine the scope and magnitude of a problem. This correlation helps you prioritize issues, allocate resources efficiently, and reduce pressure on support teams.

Marvis Client

Currently available for Android and Windows devices, the Marvis client delivers rich network visibility of Wi-Fi experiences from the device’s perspective. You can understand how the device sees the Wi-Fi environment and view device properties, such as device type, OS, radio hardware, and radio firmware versions.

Marvis Zebra Integration

Juniper and Zebra Technologies have teamed up to bring the first conversational assistant interface to enterprise networks and Zebra mobile device management. With Marvis Zebra integration, you gain enhanced telemetry and visibility into the Zebra client experience.
