Juniper Networks, Inc. Announces Common Stock Buyback
SUNNYVALE,CA - February 13, 2006 - Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR) today announced it has repurchased common stock as part of a previously announced program to repurchase up to $250 million of the company's common stock. From January 30, 2006 through February 13, 2006 Juniper Networks repurchased 8,400,000 common shares at an average price of $18.42. A total of 11,268,600 common shares were repurchased by the company since the inception of the plan, equating to approximately $218 million at an average price of $19.38.
