Juniper Networks Files Registration Statement with SEC
Sunnyvale, CA - July 14, 2003 - Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR) today announced that on July 8, 2003 it filed a Registration Statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the resale by selling security holders of its Zero Coupon Convertible Senior Notes due June 15, 2008 (the "Notes"), and the Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Notes. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the resale of the Notes or the underlying Common Stock.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
