Greenwich Technology Partners Completes $22.5 Million Equity Investment Led by Juniper Networks

Juniper Networks Selects GTP As First Professional Services Partner

Sunnyvale, CA and White Plains, NY - August 22, 2000 - Greenwich Technology Partners (GTP), a leading provider of network infrastructure consulting and engineering services, today announced the completion of a $22.5 million equity investment led by Juniper Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: JNPR), a leading provider of next-generation IP infrastructure systems. In addition, the two companies also entered into a global professional services agreement.

Greenwich Technology Partners has established a core team of service provider-class engineers and consultants successfully trained on Juniper Networks technology and Internet backbone routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS and MPLS. The GTP University Lab includes Juniper Networks M-series Internet backbone routers M20, M40, and M160, as well as many other internetworking, security, performance, and convergence products.
