Juniper is also now shipping in Europe its M40 Internet backbone router, the industry's first wire-speed platform capable of forwarding rates of 40 gigabits per second and packet look-ups of 40 million packets per second. The M40 uses JUNOS Internet software to deliver leading-edge traffic engineering and control.
