Business Challenge

With $1.2 billion in consolidated revenues in 2016, UST Global had its eye on new markets and was growing rapidly. The provider sought a cloud-grade network infrastructure that could accommodate that growth and its customers’ many digital transformation projects.

Technology Solution

UST Global had introduced Juniper security into its network seven years earlier. The company’s success with the SRX platform gave it the confidence to test other Juniper products, which led to deploying an automated Juniper infrastructure spanning four continents. Among the core components are the QFX5100 Switches, EX4300 Ethernet Switches, MX Series routers, and SRX5400 Services Gateways.

Business Results

UST Global has improved operational efficiencies, stating that just three staff members run the entire network. The provider says it has garnered a competitive advantage with its state-of-the-art data centers and campus networks and that the improvements are noticeable to their clients, with user satisfaction at an all-time high.

"We, at UST, are passionately bridging the gap between business and IT by adopting massive automated policy frameworks. A Juniper solution has helped us in this journey by designing a truly cloud-grade network infrastructure."
