说明
指定路由设备向接口发送 hello 数据包的频率。对于共享逻辑 IP 网络上的所有路由设备，呼叫间隔都必须相同。
选项
seconds—Hello 数据包之间的 时间（秒）。
范围: 1到 255 秒
缺省值: 10 秒（广播和点到点网络）;30 秒（非广播多接入 [NBMA] 网络）
