show services advanced-anti-malware status

Syntax

Description

Displays the connection status between the Juniper Advanced Threat Prevention Cloud service and the SRX Series Firewall.

Use this command when you are seeing a lot of failover files with the show services advanced-anti-malware statistics command. Also check the system log messages for server connection errors. See Viewing Juniper Advanced Threat Prevention Cloud System Log Messages.

Output Fields

Table 1 lists the output fields for the show services advanced-anti-malware status command. Output fields are listed in the approximate order in which they appear.

Server hostname

Juniper Advanced Threat Prevention Cloud server hostname.

Server port

Juniper Advanced Threat Prevention Cloud server port.

Proxy hostname

Web proxy hostname

Proxy port

Web proxy port number

Control Plane

  • Connection Time—Displays when the control plane last connected to the cloud.

  • Connection Status—Displays the current status, such as:

    • Not connected

    • Initializing

    • Connecting

    • Connected

    • Disconnected

    • Connect failed

    • Client certificate not configured

    • Request client certificate failed

    • Request server certificate validation failed

    • Server certificate validation succeeded

    • Server certificate validation failed

    • Server hostname lookup failed

Service Plane

  • Connection Active Number—Number of active connection to the cloud.

  • Connection Failures—Displays number of times the service plane failed to connect to the cloud. Failures can be due to:

    • Physical connection problems

    • SSL authentication issues

    • SRX overload (for example, no memory)
