service configdb (Database)
Syntax
service configdb <option>
Description
Use this command to:
-
Dump the database to another server
-
Restart, repair and restore database service
-
Check the logs and status of database service.
Options
| dump |
Dump the database to a remote server. Add the remote server path in the format: [[user@]host1:]directory. For example, root@10.12.12.12:/tmp/ |
Note:
Database backup (dump) restoration is only supported on a destination system using the same Juniper Security Director software version to ensure a successful restoration and maintain system compatibility. |

Export data related to configdb |

| log |
Display the logs of configdb service. |
|
| repair |
Repair the configdb service. |
|
| restart |
Restart the configdb service. |
|
| restore |
Restore the configdb service. Specify the SCP URL from where the file needs to be copied. For example,
