Export and Download Device Logs

Export and download device logs as CSV files. You can export logs for a specific date range, the past one week, or the past one month.

If you are using a Juniper Security Director Cloud trial subscription, you can export the device logs only for the past one week.

  1. Click Admin > Data Management.

    The Data Management page is displayed.

  2. Select the date range of the device logs to export.

    • Select Custom, and click Export log data to display the Export Data page. Select the date range, and click OK.

    • Select Last 1 week or Last 1 month, and click Export log data.

    An export device log job is created and displayed in the Data Management Activity section. Click View Job to view the details of the export job.

  3. Click Download Data to download the CSV file after the job is complete.
