Activate and manage your SRX4700 Firewall license by following the instructions in the Juniper Licensing User Guide.

If a replacement device is necessary, you can reuse the existing license key without purchasing a new one. Learn how to deploy, monitor, and renew the license to ensure continuous operation.

For Multinode High Availability (MNHA) setups, each device in the cluster must have identical licenses installed to ensure feature functionality and configuration synchronization.

For comprehensive details about the activation and life-cycle management of your product licenses, see SRX Series Firewall Licensing Lifecycle.

Upgrading Junos OS

By default, all the Juniper platforms have built-in Junos OS. When a new version of Junos OS is released that supports your platform device and you want to upgrade to the latest Junos OS version, see Junos® OS Software Installation and Upgrade Guide.
