Juniper Mist Clouds and Accounts
The Juniper Mist™ cloud is partitioned into different geographic regions. Set up your account on the regional cloud nearest to you for the best network performance, as well as for any data residency requirements.
Regional Clouds and Accounts
Juniper Mist™ uses regional clouds for optimal performance. Accounts created in one cloud cannot be applied to organizations created on another cloud. Likewise, organizations created on one cloud cannot be accessed from another, so if you are responsible for multiple organizations on different clouds, you need create separate accounts in each cloud.
Other log on options include Sign in with Google, which allows you to link your Mist account with your Google account and thereby login to your Mist account using those credentials.
Microsoft Entra ID users can integrate with the Mist Cloud , and thereby use Microsoft Entra ID to provide single sign-on (SSO) services and manage access to the Mist dashboard.
In fact, can connect your Mist account to any Identity Provider (IdP) that uses the SAML 2.0 standard (such as Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or Okta. See Single Sign-On for the Juniper Mist Portal.
Managed Service Provider (MSP) portal
The Juniper Mist™ Managed Service Provider (MSP) portal simplifies multitenant operations and provides visibility across all customer organizations and sites. Access to the MSP portal requires the MSP Super User role. Users with this role can also manage other user accounts and provide MSP portal access (select MSP > Administrators from the left menu of the MSP portal to open the Administrators page).
