Software Licenses for PTX Series Routers

From September 2025, PTX licenses are available for 2 specific use cases: WAN, and Data Center. PTX licenses enable features, bandwidth and scale for a complete chassis. The bandwidth and scale amounts enabled by each license are provided in the Feature tables below.
