Validation Framework

This JVD addresses the network modernization that includes a new SRv6 transport approach for scalable and resilient transport. One key aspect of the overall solution is enabling flexibility to support heterogeneous customer architectures within the same validated design. Key technical attributes include:

  • Basic SRv6 mSID transport (with Flex-Algo but without SRv6-TE)
  • Basic SRv6 mSID services (L3VPN and EVPN E-Line with Flex-Algo and multi-homing)
  • L3VPN with direct PE-CE interfaces, as well as with IRB as PE-CE interface
  • TI-LFA/MLA with dynamic and static µA (Adj-SID)
  • SRv6 L3VPN and EVPN E-Line (VPWS) service resolution over non-ISIS routes (SRv6 dynamic tunnels)
