Interface, Port speeds, and channelized subports (MX301)—You can manage PIC ports with port profiles that select active ports and their speeds. This feature provides precise control of utilization and performance. Configure profiles at the PIC or per-port level using pic-mode and speed options. Supported rates include 1, 10, 25, 40, 50, 100, 200, and 400 GE. For channelized ports, specify interfaces per physical port with the CLI: set chassis fpc 0 pic 0 port <> speed <> number-of-subports <> . This configuration helps you tailor capacity and interface density to your deployment.
