General Routing

  • When DHCP trace options are enabled, there is a possibility that jdhcpd could generate a core file. In general, traceoptions should be enabled only for debugging. They should be disabled once debuffing is done.PR1771121

  • On ACX7509 platforms, if there are consecutive Routing Engine (RE) switchovers within 60 seconds (for example, one initiated by CLI followed by another triggered event such as kernel panic), the PCI cleanup process does not complete as expected. This causes the forwarding engine board (FEB) to fail to initialize correctly and remain in fault state.PR1869477

  • With BNG configuration, traffic sent from subscriber to core is completed getting dropped. PR1922676

  • JDI-REG:VIRTUAL:Junos OS Evolved: Traffic loss observed during the verification of the traffic test for both IPv4 and IPv6 stream data. PR1916954

  • On Junos OS Evolved ACX Series platforms, when set system ddos-protection protocol <proto> is configured or ddos-protection configuration is deleted or when show ddos-protection protocol is executed then the following logs are seen.
