  • If a SMAC Accounting enabled interface with L3 IFLs configured is taken through a rapid succession of disruptive configuration change (disable/enable/deactivate/activate) without the intervening ingestion period to fully absorb the configuration change, then L3 SMAC learning as well as accounting can be abruptly stop.
