Description
For ISDN interfaces, configure when the Terminal Endpoint Identifier (TEI) negotiates with the ISDN provider.
Options
first-call—Activation does
not occur until the call setup is sent.
power-up—Activation occurs when the Services
Router is powered on.
Default:
power-up
