no-rpf-fbf-handling
Syntax
no-rpf-fbf-handling
Hierarchy Level
[edit forwarding-options no-rpf-fbf-handling]
Description
When Unicast Reverse Path Forwarding (uRPF) and filter based forwarding (FBF)
are configured on an interface, the source IP address (SIP) lookup of an
incoming packet is done by uRPF in the routing instance that the interface
points to and destination IP addrress lookup is done in the routing instance
specified by the FBF filter. You use set forwarding-options
no-rpf-fbf-handling
to override this default behavior. When
you apply this configuration, the SIP lookup of an incoming packet is done
by uRPF in the routing instance specified by the FBF filter.
