Syntax

Hierarchy Level

Description

Disables graceful Routing Engine switchover (GRES) on devices with multiple Routing Engines that support this feature. GRES is enabled by default in Junos OS Evolved. Use this statement when upgrading a device one Routing Engine at a time. To re-enable GRES, delete this statement from the configuration.
