For QFX5100 and EX4600 switches:

For MX Series routers:

Description
Include all VXLAN Network Identifiers (VNIs) as
part of the Virtual Switch (VS) instance. By specifying all, you bypass the commit check process and all configured
bridge domains (BDs) in the Ethernet Virtual Private Network (EVPN)
are considered extended.
Note:
The extended-vni-list statement is an exclusive command.
You cannot configure the extended-vni-list statement with
either the extended-vlan-list or extended-vni-all statements.
