Manage Domain Templates

Read these topics to understand how to manage domain templates.

Domain templates are configurations used to identify the domains of a particular device. You can upload and download a domain template from the Domain Tempates tab Observability > Health > Smart KPI Assistant > KPI Workspace > Domain Templates.

Note:

You cannot modify the system default domain templates. You can only modify the custom domain templates that you uploaded.

Upload a Domain Template

You can upload a domain template from your local file system.

To upload a domain template:

  1. Navigate to the Domain Templates tab.

  2. Click Upload Domain Template.

    The Upload Domain Template page appears.

    Note:

    Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

  3. Click Browse and navigate to location of the template on your local file system.

  4. Click Open after you select the template.

    The Domain Template page appears.

  5. Click Upload to upload the domain template.

    The Domain Templates tab appears and displays the newly added domain template.

Download a Domain Template

You can download an existing domain template from the Domain Templates Tab.

To download a domain template:

  1. Navigate to the Domain Templates tab.

  2. Select the template that you want to download by clicking the check box next to the name of the template, and click Download.

    The domain template is downloaded and saved in your local file system.
