About the Access Control Profiles Page
To access the Access Control Profiles page, click System Settings > Control Profile on the banner.
Tasks You Can Perform
You can perform the following tasks on the Access Control Profiles page:

View access control profile details—To view details of an access control profile, select the access control profile and click More > Detail. Alternatively, hover over the profile name and click the Details icon that appears.
The Details for Profile: profile-name pane appears on the right side of the Access Control Profiles page displaying the details of the profile.

Note: A Super User can view details of all the access control profiles, while a Network Admin can view the access control profiles assigned to the Network Admin. -
Add access control profiles. See Add Access Control Profiles.

Edit and delete access control profiles. See Edit and Delete Access Control Profiles.

Reassign the owner of a profile.
To reassign the owner, select the profile and click Re-assign Owner. On the Re-assign Owner pop-up that appears, select the owner from the New Owner list. The owner can only be a Super User in the organization.

You can also perform the following tasks on this page:

Sort, resize, or re-arrange columns in a table (grid).

Show or hide columns in the table or reset page preferences, using the vertical ellipsis menu.

Search by using keywords—Click the search icon (magnifying glass), enter the search term in the text box, and press Enter. The search results are displayed on the same page.

Filter the data displayed in the table—Click the filter icon (funnel) and select whether you want to show or hide advanced filters. You can then add or remove filter criteria, save criteria as a filter, apply or clear filters, and so on. The filtered results are displayed on the same page.

Set the number of rows to be displayed in the table—Set the number of rows displayed in the Access Control Profiles table by selecting 15, 30, 50, or 100 from the Display drop-down list located at the bottom-right corner of the table.
If the table spans multiple pages, use the arrow icons to navigate between pages or enter a specific page number to view its entries.

Table 1 lists the access control profile parameters.

Name of the access control profile. |

Description of the profile. |
| Reference |
Reference associated with the access control profile. For example, a ticket number for which the access control profile is created or modified. |
| Comment |
Comment entered for the access control profile; for example, while editing the profile. |
| Effect |
Displays, whether the profile would allow or deny access to resources defined in the profile.

Privilege Level |
Indicates the privilege level of the profile:

Policies |
Policies included in the profile. You can view the details of the policy in JSON format in the Detail of Profile: profile-name pane. In the Details pane, click the arrow or the ellipses under Details for: policy name to see the resources and conditions defined in the policy. |

Creator |
E-mail address of the Super user who created the access control profile. Note:
This field does not display the creator of the profile when you upgrade Routing Director from an earlier release to Release 2.6.0. |

Owner |
E-mail address of the current owner of the acce ss control profile. When an access control profile is created, the creator and owner are the same person. The access control owner can only be a Super User in the organization. Note:
This field does not display the Owner of the profile when you upgrade Routing Director from an earlier release to Release 2.6.0. |

Last Updated Time |
The day and time the access control profile was created or updated last. Use this information to identify the age of the profile. |

In-Use Status |
The list of Network Admin users assigned to the access control profile. When an access control profile is assigned to multiple Network Admin users only one user is shown by default. A numeric indicator (for example, +2) appears next to the displayed user. indicating that two additional users are associated with the profile. Hover over the indicator to view a list of all the users or click the indicator to view all the users. |
