Reset Your Password
Routing Director allows you to reset your account password. You can reset your password from the My Accounts page after you access an organization, in the Routing Director Web GUI. See Manage Your Routing Director Account.
If you had enabled two factor authentication for your account on the My Account page, it will be disabled when you reset your password. You must re-enable two factor authentication after logging into the GUI using your new password.
The workflow to reset your password when you are not logged into Routing Director varies depending on whether SMTP is configured or not in Routing Director.
