About the SRLGs Page
To access the SRLGs tab, click Observability > Network > Topology.
A Shared Risk Link Group (SRLG) is a set of links sharing a common resource. These links share the same risk of failure and are therefore grouped to belong to the same SRLG.
On this tab, you can view the list of SRLGs in your network. You can also view the number of links associated with an SRLG and determine the links that share the same SRLG, which is crucial for network redundancy and planning.
You need to establish BGP-LS session between Routing Director and the router so that the router can advertise SRLG-related information configured in your network. Otherwise, you cannot view the list of SRLGs configured in your network on the SRLGs tab.
Tasks You Can Perform
- View details about the SRLG by clicking the details icon when you hover anywhere over the SRLG row or click More > Show Detail.
