Webhooks Source Address

This topic lists the source IP subnets that must be allowed on your firewall to receive event notifications through webhooks.

Webhook Source IP Addresses for Juniper Cloud Instances

To successfully receive event notifications through webhooks, you must configure your firewall to allow incoming traffic from the webhook source IP subnets for your cloud instance. Webhook source subnets are IP address ranges used by the application to deliver webhook notifications to configured endpoint.

Webhook event delivery may fail if your firewall blocks traffic from any IP addresses within these subnets.

When an event occurs, a webhook notification is sent to the configured endpoint. To ensure notifications are delivered to the configured endpoint, configure your firewall to allow inbound traffic from the following subnets.

  • 34.0.0.0/8

  • 35.0.0.0/8

  • 44.0.0.0/8

  • 52.0.0.0/8

  • 54.0.0.0/8

  • 23.0.0.0/8

Tip: If you are not receiving webhook events:
  • Ensure that your firewall is not blocking traffic from any IP addresses within the subnets listed above.

  • Verify that the webhook endpoint URL you configured is publicly accessible and can accept incoming HTTP/HTTPS traffic.
