About the Monitor Instance-Name Page
This topic provides information about how you can monitor alerts from the About the Monitor Instance-Name page.
To access this page, click Observability > Health > Custom KPI Collection > Rule Instantiations > Instance-Name. Users with the Super User, Network Admin, or Observer roles can use this page.
Paragon Automation enables you to upload custom rules that define how key performance indicators (KPIs) for various device components are collected. You can apply a custom rule on devices by creating a rule instance. After you deploy a rule instance, alerts are generated when a KPI crosses the threshold limit defined in the custom rules file. You can view these alerts on the Alerts tab of the About the Monitor Rule-Instance page. These alerts highlight issues that might need attention and how these issues can affect the network.
Alerts Tab
To access this tab, click Observability > Health > Custom KPI Collection > Rule Instantiations > Instance-Name > Monitor Instance-Name. The Alerts tab is displayed by default.
Paragon Automation generates alerts to notify you of anomalies in the KPIs in your network. This tab displays all alerts generated for a rule instance.
