Juniper Data Center Assurance Licensing

You need to obtain the required licenses to use the premium features in Juniper Data Center Assurance. This topic describes the license types and the features available in each license type. To view information about your licenses and the features you are entitled to use, you must link your Juniper Networks account in the Juniper Account Integration tile on the Organization > Settings page. For more information about linking your Juniper Networks account, see Integrate Your Juniper Support Resources to Your Organization. After your Juniper Networks account is linked to your organization, you can view your licenses and the features you are entitled to use on the Subscriptions page (Organization > Subscriptions).

You can use the licensed features in Juniper Data Center Assurance if you have an existing Standard, Advanced, or Premium license for Apstra Data Center Director. For more information about Apstra Data Center Director SKUs, see Software Licenses for Apstra Data Center Director.

Table 1 lists current license types and the features available in each. If you do not have a valid license to access licensed features, Juniper Data Center Assurance displays a warning message when you access the feature, indicating that you must contact the Juniper Networks accounts team to obtain the license.

Trial Period and Grace Period

A new user can use the premium features in Juniper Data Center Assurance for a trial period of 90 days from the date of onboarding Apstra Edge. You must purchase a valid license to continue using the feature after the trial license expires. Existing licenses have a grace period of 30 days from the date of expiry. After the grace period, the licensed features will be disabled and you must renew the license to continue accessing those features.

Contact your designated Juniper Networks accounts team for purchase or renewal of licenses.
