About the Predictions Page

The Predictions page provides a list of predicted outliers in the network that could cause outages and impact clients and services. This feature enables the administrators to quickly resolve potential issues in advance and prevent disruptions.

To access this page, click Assurance on the main menu and go to the Predictions tab.

Tasks You Can Perform

  • Filter and view predictions information for specific sites.

  • View predicted outliers for devices in the network along with the confidence level for each outlier displayed in the form of a bubble chart. The color of the bubble in the chart indicates the severity of the outlier. The size of the bubble indicates the number of services or clients impacted.

  • View a summary of outliers predicted in the network.

  • View a list of forecasted events in the network, their confidence level, their severity, and the predicted time of occurrence.

  • View information about the services and clients impacted by the outliers.

  • Select an outlier and view device metrics with graphs displaying historical, current, and predicted values for each parameter.

  • View device metrics with data aggregated in the selected time intervals.

  • View details about the predicted outliers in the metrics for the selected device.

  • Select an outlier that impacts services or clients and view the topology connected to the device.
