Configure Organization Settings
This appendix covers optional configuration tasks for organisation administrators. These tasks are not required for basic onboarding but allow you to customise your Data Center Assurance environment and manage user access.
As a Super User, you can configure various organisation-wide settings including password policies, session timeouts, identity providers, webhooks, API tokens, and Juniper account linking. Table 1 summarises the configuration options available.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Organization name and ID | View or modify your organization name. The ID cannot be changed. |
| Password policy | Enable, disable, or modify password complexity requirements for your organisation. |
| Session timeout | Set the inactivity timeout period after which users are automatically logged out. |
| Identity providers | Add, modify, or delete SAML or other identity providers for single sign-on. |
| Custom roles | Create custom user roles with specific permissions tailored to your organisation’s needs. |
| Webhooks | Configure webhooks to send event notifications to external systems. |
| Juniper account linking | Link Juniper Networks accounts to your organisation to enable device inventory integration. |
| API tokens | Generate, edit, and delete API tokens for programmatic access to Data Center Assurance. |
For detailed steps on configuring these settings, refer to the Data Center Assurance documentation under Manage Organization Settings.
