New and Changed Features

This section describes the new features released in Juniper Support Insights (JSI).

Authorized Access to Customer-centric Information

JSI manages access to customer-centric information by validating the user’s identity through the Juniper Support Portal. Once validated, the user is granted access to customer-centric information which the user is entitled to access. Click Validate Juniper Account and enter your account credentials to validate your user account. If JSI finds your credentials to be invalid or not registered, you are prompted to enter the correct credentials or register your credentials with Juniper through the Juniper Support Portal.
