This section describes the new features released in Juniper Support Insights (JSI).

Authorized Access to Customer-centric Information

JSI validates users before providing access to customer-centric information about your devices. The user credentials are validated through the Juniper Support Portal to prevent unauthorized access to device information. Once validated, the user is granted access to customer-centric information that the user is entitled to access. Click Validate Email ID on the banner or hover over the blurred fields and click Validate and enter your account credentials to validate your user account. If JSI finds your credentials to be invalid or not registered, you are prompted to enter the correct credentials or register your credentials with Juniper through the Juniper Support Portal.
