Webhooks Source Address

This topic lists the source IP addresses that must be allowed on your firewall to receive event notifications through webhooks.

Webhook Source IP Addresses for Your Cloud Instance

To successfully receive event notifications through webhooks, you must configure your firewall to allow incoming traffic from specific webhook source addresses for your cloud instance. Webhook source addresses are IP addresses used by the application to deliver webhook notifications to configured public-facing endpoint. See, Table 1.

The source addresses are static IP addresses.

CAUTION:

Under normal operating conditions, the source addresses remain unchanged. However, during disaster recovery or business continuity situations, a switchover to alternate infrastructure may be required, which may result in changes to the published addresses.

When an event occurs, a webhook notification is sent to the configured endpoint. To ensure notifications are delivered to the configured endpoint, configure your firewall to allow inbound traffic from the IP addresses listed below.

Table 1: Webhooks Source Addresses
Region Source Network Addresses
Global 01 52.11.227.39/32 35.165.41.43/32
100.21.43.54/32 52.12.144.12/32
52.27.88.223/32 52.39.211.135/32
Tip:

If you are not receiving webhook events, verify that the webhook endpoint URL you configured is publicly accessible and can accept incoming HTTP/HTTPS traffic.
