Known Issues and Limitations

The known issues in the JSA 7.5.0 Update Package 16 are listed below:

  • si-qradarca generate will fail on Console Software appliances.

  • Network Threat Analytics app displays wrong Source/Destination location for non-default domains.

  • Asset profiler service fails start after patching from 7.5.0 Update Package 15 Interim Fix 05 to either 7.5.0 Update Package 15 Interim Fix 06 or JSA 7.5.0 Update Package 16.

  • Java processes fail to automatically restart after OutOfMemoryError (OOM).

  • Log Source Management incorrectly reports DSM updates as available when the latest version is already installed.

  • Inconsistent offense-event association causes inaccurate event counts on the offense summary page.

  • JSA backup archives over 512MB are too large to be uploaded via the Admin tab / Configuration Backup and Restore UI.
