Deploying Changes

Changes that are made to the JSA deployment must be pushed from the staging area to the production area.

  1. On the navigation menu (I'm sorry, but I cannot generate alt text for the image from the URL provided without being able to view the image or having a description of it. Please provide a detailed description of the image or its context for assistance.), click Admin.
  2. Check the deployment banner to determine whether changes must be deployed.
  3. Click View Details to view information about the undeployed configuration changes.
  4. Choose the deployment method:

    1. To deploy changes from only the current session, click Deploy Changes on the deployment banner.

    2. To deploy all configuration changes that were made since the last deployment, click Advanced > Deploy Full Configuration.

Note:

JSA continues to collect events when you deploy the full configuration. When the event collection service must restart, JSA does not restart it automatically. A message displays that gives you the option to cancel the deployment and restart the service at a more convenient time.
