Known Limitations

Learn about known limitations in this release for Juniper Identity Management Service.

  • When an IdP (Azure/Okta) is configured, JIMS may take up to 30 minutes to synchronize all users and groups, depending on internet speed and deployment size. After the identity sync completes, JIMS begins responding to SRX queries.

  • In certain environments, admin privileges are required to start JIMS admin user interface.

  • Currently we only support Okta and Azure Entra ID.
