The following sections describe new features and enhancements available in JDPI-Decoder Release 3429.

New Applications

Table 1 shows the applications that are added in this release of JDPI-Decoder.

1 BR-AUTOMATION Infrastructure TCP B&R Industrial Automation is an automation and process control technology company. This plug-in classifies plastic molding machinery.
2 IWAREHOUSE Infrastructure TCP The iWarehouse is a fleet and warehouse management from Raymond Corporation. This plug-in classifies the protocol of the on-board device, named iMonitor.
3 MS-NMF Infrastructure TCP NET Message Framing Protocol is a Microsoft framing protocol for TCP. This protocol also enables port sharing between several applications.
4 MS-ADWS Infrastructure MS-NMF Microsoft Active Directory Web services are used for the administrative tasks on an Active Directory.
5 JUNOS-DEPRECATED - - JUNOS-DEPRECATED is a parent app for all the apps that are completely removed from the sigpack to prevent configuration commit issues. Now the show services application-identification obsolete-applications command shows only JUNOS-DEPRECATED. To see the list of obsolete application, check the alias list printed in the output of show services application-identification application detail Junos:JUNOS-DEPRECATED command.

1 VITAL-QIP Infrastructure HTTPS/HTTP2/SPDY/SSH/SSL/UDP Vital QIP is a DDI application (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM) that comes with a manager.
2 HTTP Infrastructure HAPROXY/HTTP-PROXY/HTTP-TUNNEL/NET-PROXY/SOCKS4/SOCKS5/TCP/UDP This signature detects HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP). World Wide Web uses this protocol. It defines how messages are formatted and transmitted and what actions Web servers and browsers should take in response to various commands. HTTP usually runs on TCP port 80.
3 MS-DFSR Infrastructure DCERPC/EPM/KRB5 The Distributed File System Replication (DFSR) service is a new multi-master replication engine that is used to keep folders synchronized on multiple servers.

Custom Applications

This release of JDPI-Decoder does not introduce any enhancements to the custom applications.
