This release introduces the following new contexts to generate a specific context field:

  • http-header-x-forwarded-for

  • http-header-x-forwarded-host

  • http-header-x-forwarded-proto

  • smtp-header-x-originating-ip

You can use these new contexts for the predefined http-header signatures. Earlier, the http-header context is used to generate a generic context field.

If the custom signatures use http-header context for X-Forwarded-For, X-Forwarded-Host, and X-Forwarded-Proto, then you must modify the signatures to use the new contexts.

There is no impact on the existing signatures for SMTP contexts.
