Manage Your Account
Centralized Access to Cloud Applications Through Global Cloud Portal
You can now access all supported cloud applications, Mist, Juniper Routing Assurance, Data Center Assurance, and Juniper Support Insights through the Global Cloud Portal using a global account. This eliminates the need for multiple sign-ins and simplifies application access.
Global Cloud Portal
The Global Cloud Portal is a centralized dashboard that enables you to view and navigate across organizations from multiple cloud applications in one place. This improves visibility and streamlines cross-application workflows.
Using Global Cloud Portal is optional and is recommended for users managing multiple applications or domains.

Local and Global Accounts
You can access organizations created in cloud applications using two types of accounts: Local account and Global account. You can either use the Global Account to access all your cloud applications from the Global Cloud Portal or use the local account to access the individual application directly by using the application URL.

Link Your Local and Global Accounts
A local account and a global account can exist independently or be linked together using the same e-mail address. Linking the accounts using the same e-mail address provides you a unified sign in experience and seamless access across applications. CAPTCHA verification provides an additional layer of security during the account linking process.

Enhanced Sustainability Report with Non-Usage Emissions Data
The Sustainability Report in Network Sustainability Analytics provides a more complete view of your organization's carbon footprint. In addition to the emissions from network operations, the report now includes non-usage emissions at both the organization and site levels.
Non-usage emissions refer to emissions from non-operational phases of the product lifecycle, such as manufacturing, logistics, and end-of-life disposal. Previously, the report included only operational emissions data.
Use the enhanced report to better understand the full environmental impact of your network operations and make more informed sustainability decisions.
Review Thermal Optimization Recommendations
The Thermal Optimization recommendation detects potential cooling or airflow problems by analyzing temperature sensors, fan speeds, and power consumption and forecasts thermal trends for the next 48 hours.
Review the insights and recommended actions to restore proper airflow and fan health before thermal stress causes component failure and affects device performance.

View Thermal Forecasts for Network Devices
Network Sustainability Analytics provides thermal forecasts for your data center network devices. Enable Forecast to view projected temperature, fan speed, temperature sensor, and power consumption trends for your devices over the next 48 hours.
Use thermal forecasts to identify potential thermal issues and cooling inefficiencies before they affect device performance, reliability, or energy efficiency. Compare forecasted trends with historical telemetry to better understand thermal behavior and make informed operational decisions.
To view thermal forecasts, navigate to the Thermal Profile tab on the Device-level Sustainability Dashboard and enable Forecast for the respective widgets.
